What is coaching?

Coaching is a partnership that acts as a powerful catalyst. It enables you to close the gap between where you are now and where you want to be, quickly and while enjoying the journey.

How is coaching different from therapy?

Therapy focuses on the past and takes you from dysfunctional to functional. Coaching focuses on the present and future and takes you from functional to extraordinary.

What will our sessions be like?

Our sessions will be over phone, skype or in person. They will be inspiring, enlightening, fun and action driven. I create a safe and powerful container in which we team together to explore, experiment, learn, move forward and create lasting change. I will hold the big picture for you, both of your life and your highest vision of yourself--enabling you to make these a reality. You will get clarity of vision, values integration, focus, specialized techniques and accountability to help you rise to your own particular challenges and go further than you ever thought possible! You will be happier and enjoy life more.

Do you coach people only in California?

Since 90% of sessions are held via phone or skype, you can be anywhere in the world! I have clients all over the USA and internationally.
